CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the safety/security at site, quality control, schedule, progress and cost
  • To check and confirms the various documents are prepared during the pre construction phase (construction plan & strategy, job site facilities)
  • Work coordination in particular checking that all the construction resources of the subcontractors are suitable for the delivery time and quality requirements defined for the Project and implementation of proper corrective action
  • Control of expenses whatever their nature with permanent reference work safety and corresponding improvements
  • Setting up suitable resources in order to ensure efficient work safety and corresponding improvements
  • Promoting and maintenance of a cheerful atmosphere among all parties involved at site
  • Issue of corporate feed back information during the performance of the job and the final job site report
    Qualification:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 10 years working experience as manager

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all mechanical activities at site and check the compliance with the project/contract specification & cost
  • Coordinate with clients on mechanical engineering, preventive maintenance fabrication and construction issues
  • Monitor workers daily activities and work progress reporting
  • Responsible for monitoring the subcontractor’s daily activities, work progress, quality inspection check and safety surveillance
  • Responsible for project documentations such as inspection and Test Plans, drawing preparation, redline mark up and other related project documents
  • Act as liaison to the owner for all mechanical maintenance service activities
    Qualification:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineer with 5 years working experience
  • Fresh graduate may also apply for junior position

PIPING ENGINEER
    Responsibilities:
  • Provide piping expertise to the Project from Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning phases including tendering exercise
  • Oversee all piping and mechanical equipment works at site
  • Assist site construction team for liaison with home office engineering support teams for piping technical issues
  • Monitoring and supervising the contractor to ensure that project engineering standards are applied and adhered to by reviewing the technical specification
  • Provide engineering support to the site supervision team during installation, commissioning and start-up
  • 6.Ensures all activities are completed in accordance with company approved standards and procedures, local regulatory authority requirements, classification society and flag state requirements
  • Completion of all applicable QA/QC and all other applicable documentation relating to closeout and completion specifically for the mechanical & piping engineering input required of the management of change or project work activities inclusive of Specifications and Standards
  • Liaising and coordinating work activities with other discipline engineers to achieve deadlines and target objectives as required for the operations team
    Qualification:
  • Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction.

TURBINE ENGINEER

The Turbine Engineer is responsible for developing, planning, and supervising the gas turbine-generator project and providing technical expertise on the designs, installations, commissioning, inspections, repairs and/or replacements. The successful incumbent will also be monitoring the site work and execution to meet compliances, standards and timeline. The winning candidate will be reporting directly to the Construction Manager.

    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for development of engineering solutions, cost and schedule estimates, risk assessments, maintenance, repair and replacement specifications, coordination, liaison, and administrative functions related to the gas turbine-generators.
  • Determine maintenance/replacement requirements and operational standards or limits, plan and direct maintenance outages and testing, and coordinate projects involving gas turbine-generator equipment and related systems.
  • Procure contractor services to support gas turbine-generator projects and oversee their work including supervision of consultants and field service engineers.
  • Procure and QC materials required for turbine-generator projects.
  • Provide engineering assistance to energy centers and other departments within the company on activities requiring experience and expertise with turbine-generator equipment, interface with industry contacts and outside corporations, including consultants, contractors, and their employees.
  • Monitor industry practice regarding operation and maintenance of assigned equipment and perform engineering studies to improve turbine-generator reliability, performance, efficiency, and safety.
  • Develop and review design alterations consistent with Design Change procedural requirements.
  • Optimize equipment reliability and maintenance cost through the use of predictive/analytical technologies such as PI system (Plant Information Monitoring and Data Storage System) and Analyst (Turbine Vibration Analyst).
  • Prepare required reports, job requisitions, work orders, and other documents; maintenance of records; and revision of drawings.
    Qualification:
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Eight years’ experience, including involvement in gas turbine projects.
  • Have good knowledge of ISO 14001, 9001 and 18001.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills and client oriented.

PAINTING INSPECTOR
    Responsibilities:
  • Provide the assurance of the quality of painting
  • Verify all surfaces are suitable condition for painting
  • Notify abnormalities and irregularities in specifications
  • Report all surface defect at the preparation stage, intermediate coat and final finish
    Qualification:
  • Minimum Diploma in related field
  • NACE Level 2 Certified Coating Inspector
  • Minimum 5 years experience

SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER
    Responsibilities:
  • As an advisor for Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental matter to the management
  • Performs daily inspection at Construction Site to verify conformance with the approval safety program
  • Develop and maintain Safe Operating Procedures and HSE manual
  • Investigates and propose corrective action after the accident
  • Conduct training, tool box meeting and other documentation related to HSE
    Qualification:
  • Green Book holder with 5 years experiences in construction as SHO

SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR
    Responsibilities:
  • To monitor and make safety surveillance
  • To ensure all the HSE requirements and programs promoted for the project is follow, practice and understand by all construction personnel
  • To eliminate all the hazards concern
  • To support and assist the work leader on implementing the HSE requirements
    Qualification:
  • Yellow Book holder with 5 years experiences in construction.

QC INSPECTOR
    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assisting QA/QC in the implementation of quality system as per project specification
  • Daily monitoring of construction activities to meet project requirements
  • Carry out inspection at different stages of construction work as per Inspection & Test Plan
  • Responsible for various inspection job such as cable continuity, insulation resistance check and other related quality verifying inspection
  • Assist, coordinate third party testing, record and maintain all testing results
    Qualification:
  • Minimum Diploma in related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction
