Piping Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to check the compliance with rules & procedures in force to the project.
- Provide piping expertise to the Project from Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning phases including tendering exercise
- Oversee all piping and mechanical equipment works at site
- Assist site construction team for liaison with home office engineering support teams for piping technical issues

Piping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Advising on quality control procedures, methods and practices/actions
- Analyse and report the Quality Control results
- Attend final walkthrough of completed piping systems and verify clearing of all punch list prior to mechanical completion
- Closed quality issue via quality observation report/ NCR
- Conduct site surveys with sub-contractors engineering group to propose new routes and locations for expansion facilities where interference occurred>/li>
- Conformity check during erection and installation of piping against Isometric drawing, P&ID and GA drawings
- Daily surveillance of subcontractor activity with regards to safe working conditions, work permit, adequate number of supervision, manpower, proper PPE, approved installation method and maintained equipment to execute the works as per schedule and targets
- Ensure prepare and submit require report on time
- Ensure the collection and filing of Quality Control Reports issued during the construction works and of any other document certifying the quality of the works in the Construction Quality Dossier to assure traceability of documents, according to itemization criteria by proper filing and indexing
- Ensure the proper execution of inspection and test in accordance with the field quality control plan and monitor the adequacy result
- Ensure the quantity of the work executed by the construction sub-contractor and monitor the compliance with established schedule
- Ensure timely resolution of any QC problems encountered during construction

- Support the Quality Control Manager (QCM) in performing the quality control activities in light of:

- To perform punch listing at the relevant stage of completion and follow up clearance by subcontractor prior commencing of the hydrotest or pneumatic test. Witness the Hydrotest/Pneumatic test
- Reinstatement of piping activities with reference of test package. Preservation of pipe and close out check list after completion
- Verify engineering queries from sub-contractors at site and proposals and give recommendations
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or any equivalent combination of technical training and or related experience

Senior Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure project compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and organizational procedures.
- Oversee documentation control and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure project sites comply with Malaysian safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA 1994 requirements.
- Monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to environmental laws, guidelines, and project environmental management plans.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Installation Work Packages (IWPs), ensuring they are fully constraint-free and ready for execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align work packages with project objectives and schedules.
- Monitor IWP progress, track performance against targets, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
