Job Responsibilities 

• Understand basic computer applications and programs

Mechanical Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety/security at site, quality control, schedule, progress and cost
• To check and confirms the various documents are prepared during the pre-construction phase (construction plan & strategy, job site facilities)
• Work coordination in particular checking that all the construction resources of the subcontractors are suitable for the delivery time and quality requirements defined for the Project and implementation of proper corrective action
• Control of expenses whatever their nature with permanent reference work safety and corresponding improvements
• Setting up suitable resources in order to ensure efficient work safety and corresponding improvements
• Promoting and maintenance of a cheerful atmosphere among all parties involved at site
• Issue of corporate feedback information during the performance of the job and the final job site report

QAQC Manager Or Senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for QA/QC in the implementation of quality system as per project specification
• Review existing process and product quality compliances procedures including performing verification and validation on the process
• Daily monitoring of construction activities to meet project requirements
• Carry out inspection at different stages of construction work as per Inspection & Test Plan
• Responsible for various inspection job such as cable continuity, insulation resistance check and other related quality verifying inspection

Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all mechanical activities at site and check the compliance with the project/contract specification & cost
• Coordinate with clients on mechanical engineering, preventive maintenance fabrication and construction issues

Piping Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to check the compliance with rules & procedures in force to the project.
• Provide piping expertise to the Project from Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning phases including tendering exercise
• Oversee all piping and mechanical equipment works at site
• Assist site construction team for liaison with home office engineering support teams for piping technical issues
• Monitoring and supervising the contractor to ensure that project engineering standards are applied and adhered to by reviewing the technical specification
• Provide engineering support to the site supervision team during installation, commissioning and start-up
• Ensures all activities are completed in accordance with company approved standards and procedures, local regulatory authority requirements, classification society and flag state requirements
• Completion of all applicable QA/QC and all other applicable documentation relating to closeout and completion specifically for the mechanical & piping engineering input required of the management of change or project work activities inclusive of Specifications and Standards

Chief Piping Engineer (Pressure Piping)

Piping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Advising on quality control procedures, methods and practices/actions
• Analyse and report the Quality Control results
• Attend final walkthrough of completed piping systems and verify clearing of all punch list prior to mechanical completion
• Closed quality issue via quality observation report/ NCR
• Conduct site surveys with sub-contractors engineering group to propose new routes and locations for expansion facilities where interference occurred>/li>
• Conformity check during erection and installation of piping against Isometric drawing, P&ID and GA drawings
• Daily surveillance of subcontractor activity with regards to safe working conditions, work permit, adequate number of supervision, manpower, proper PPE, approved installation method and maintained equipment to execute the works as per schedule and targets
• Ensure prepare and submit require report on time
• Ensure the collection and filing of Quality Control Reports issued during the construction works and of any other document certifying the quality of the works in the Construction Quality Dossier to assure traceability of documents, according to itemization criteria by proper filing and indexing
• Ensure the proper execution of inspection and test in accordance with the field quality control plan and monitor the adequacy result
• Ensure the quantity of the work executed by the construction sub-contractor and monitor the compliance with established schedule
• Ensure timely resolution of any QC problems encountered during construction
• Evaluate the construction sub-contractor work capability according to the programs to be implemented and promote corrective action where necessary
• Implement the Field Quality Control Plan/Procedures and construction specification for construction activities
• Make daily man-hour consume by sub-contractor and estimate the modification activities including additional works to assure the conformance of budget installation
• Monitoring the progress with schedules and updating to lead construction engineer
• Organizing for preparation of piping systems for testing based on the test pack limits specified in the approved test packs
• Perform related duties/work as piping supervisor as required and/or assigned by Project / Site Manager
• Preparation of test package as per piping system and test package priority schedule
• Providing adjustments, when necessary, to QCP and QCR
• Supervise erection of pipe spools and pipe supports as per latest issued construction drawing
• Supervise the construction sub-contractor ensuring the compliance with the applicable specification and standard
• Supervising piping works to be performed by construction sub-contractor and to insure the compliance with established the construction activities
• Support the Quality Control Manager (QCM) in performing the quality control activities in light of:
• To ensure that all site activities are performed in environmentally safe and responsible manner
• To perform punch listing at the relevant stage of completion and follow up clearance by subcontractor prior commencing of the hydrotest or pneumatic test. Witness the Hydrotest/Pneumatic test
• Reinstatement of piping activities with reference of test package. Preservation of pipe and close out check list after completion
• Verify engineering queries from sub-contractors at site and proposals and give recommendations

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or any equivalent combination of technical training and or related experience
• Minimum 7 Years of experience in piping and support works including testing, checking, commissioning, structure & ducting, fabrication and other piping field related tasks for construction and engineering project
• Good leadership skills and ability to keep good communication and relationship with a client Experience in power plant are added advantage

• Liaising with Site and Finance department for documentation works
• Assisting in updating Supplier and Subcontractor Fact Sheet
• Assisting in maintaining Vendors Library
• Coordinate in materials packing and arranging courier services to job Site.
• Clerical works ie Filling, Photocopying , Scanning etc
• Updates PO Transaction and generating purchasing report
• Any task delegated / assigned by Department Head
• Maintaining and updating IMS documents

• Minimum Degree or relevant qualification with One (1) years or more relevant working experience

Project Engineer / Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree with 2-3 years with similar project experiences, onsite construction and engineering job experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD software 2D or 3D version
• Good in MS Office and Computer Skills
