Integrated Management System Policy

The management and staff of EESB are committed to satisfy our Customers and Interested Parties in their Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment interests at all times. We shall: –

• Excel in providing construction services and products with quality and reliability to meet Customer’s requirement.
• Establish environmental, health and safety procedures and provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of pollution, work-related injury and in ill health.
• Strive towards Zero Accident and committed to eliminate hazard and reduce occupational health and safety risk.
• Be aware and comply with applicable standards, legal and other requirements.

We shall work as a team and committed to get workers participated and consulted in our quest to continually improve the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System performance.
At the management levels (Managing Director, Head of Departments and Executives), we are committed to:

• provide direction and leadership to achieve objectives;
• hold ultimate responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities to
  ensure effective functioning of integrated management systems in the organisation; and
• ensure provision of adequate resources to establish, maintain and continually improve integrated management systems.
• At the supervisor’s level, we encourage them to:
• lead and guide workers on their daily operations;
• attend to concern/ suggestion/ recommendations raised by the workers and forward to the management for consideration; and
• ensure that the relevant safe work procedures are implemented on site.

Workers to ensure that the rules and procedures are followed and protect themselves and other from harm.
